A frameless screen is measured after tiling, when the finished wall and floor faces exist. Here the walls were out of square across the opening, which is normal: the frame is the drawing's idea of the room, the tiles are the room.
Measured to the millimetre, 10mm toughened glass with polished edges, hinged off the return wall with a fixed panel. Hinge positions were set so the door clears the vanity and the floor fall rather than being centred for looks.
