Every line above runs on the same three rules. Measure the opening as it is now, not as the drawing says it will be. Name the glass make-up and the standard it is selected under, in writing. Install it with the person who measured it on site.
It sounds obvious. It is also the difference between a screen that closes cleanly in five years and one that does not close cleanly in five weeks.
