Anderson Glass & Glazing supplies and installs commercial glazing across Melbourne — shopfronts, automatic and manual glass entries, full-height partition glazing, mirrors and glass balustrades. Work is measured on site, fabricated to those measurements and installed by the same glazier who quoted it.
What it involves
Commercial work is judged on the things you only notice when they are wrong: door closers that drift, silicone lines that wander, glass that is 2mm out over a 4m run. We measure, fabricate and install with one person accountable for all three.
Typical scope
- Shopfront framing and glass replacement
- Manual and automatic glass entry doors
- Full-height and over-height partition glazing
- Glass balustrades and pool fencing
- Mirrors, splashbacks and wall linings
- Make-safe and same-week glass replacement

What the glass can be.
| Option | When it is used |
|---|---|
| 6mm–12mm toughened glass | Standard for doors, partitions and balustrades where people can come into contact with it. |
| Laminated safety glass | Where the spec calls for it — overhead, sloped, or where a broken pane must stay in the frame. |
| Framed and frameless systems | Aluminium framed shopfront, or frameless with patch fittings and structural silicone. |
| Low-iron / ultra-clear | Removes the green edge tint — used where the glass is the finish, not just the barrier. |
